Who may use this app

RWADAU Windows Publisher is a private application operated by RWADAU for its authorized publishing team. Access is limited to operators permitted to manage the relevant RWADAU channels. These terms and our privacy policy apply when using the application.

Account and publication authority

Connect only an account you own or are authorized to manage. Review the account, video, caption, visibility and publication instructions before authorizing a publication. Signing in or connecting an account alone does not authorize a public post.

Protect account access and app credentials. Do not use the application to impersonate another person, bypass platform restrictions, collect other people’s credentials, spam, or interfere with a platform.

Content and rights

Operators remain responsible for the content they provide, their publication instructions, and any rights or permissions needed for the selected use. The application does not grant music, footage, artwork, likeness or other content rights. Attribution or a decision not to monetize does not by itself establish permission.

Platform terms

The application uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or another configured publishing integration is also subject to that service’s terms and applicable rules. Operators must observe platform requirements for disclosures, account permissions, scheduling, music and content eligibility.

Publication results

Platforms may reject, restrict, mute, remove or delay content. The application records the result it can verify; a queued upload is not a promise of public availability, audience reach or revenue. Operators should preserve original source files until publication and recordkeeping needs are satisfied.

Disconnecting and changes

You may revoke a connected platform’s authorization and request deletion of app-held data as described in the data-deletion instructions. Access to the private application may be removed when an operator no longer has authority to use it.

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
